Automation and AI That Actually Ships
Every organization has work that nobody should be doing by hand — the monthly invoice rebuilt from three systems, the report somebody assembles every Friday, the form retyped into two other places. 3C finds that work and automates it. Automation first, with a sprinkle of AI where it genuinely earns its place. We are not here to sell you a chatbot.
Where the Time Goes
Work That Should Not Be Manual
Somebody spends a day a month assembling something a system could produce in a minute. It has been that way long enough that nobody questions it.
Information In Four Places
The answer to a routine question lives across an accounting system, a shared drive, an inbox and somebody’s memory.
AI Pilots That Never Land
Plenty of organizations have run an AI experiment. Far fewer have anything in production, because nobody owned the integration, the data or the security review.
No One To Build It
The opportunity is obvious and there is nobody in the building with the time or the tooling to act on it.
AI & Automation Discovery and Roadmap
A fixed-scope engagement, around eight hours, built around one real workflow in your business. We sit with the people who do the work, map what actually happens, identify where automation pays for itself, and deliver a roadmap with the first build scoped. No discovery retainer, no open-ended consulting.

AI & Automation FAQs
What kind of work can actually be automated?
Recurring reporting and invoicing, data moved between systems, document assembly, intake and approval routing, and question-answering over documents you already have. The test is whether the work is repetitive and rule-shaped.
Do we need AI for this?
Often not. Most of the value is plain automation, and we will say so rather than adding a language model to justify the word AI.
What about our data?
We scope where your information goes before anything is built, which is easier for us than for most because we already manage the environment it lives in.
How long until something is running?
The discovery engagement is around eight hours and delivers a roadmap. A first automation is typically weeks, not quarters.
Do we have to be an existing client?
No. The discovery engagement stands on its own.
Our IT Solutions & Services
Most providers manage cybersecurity separately from IT operations. 3C manages both, and builds the software when off-the-shelf will not do. Patching, identity, Microsoft 365, endpoints, backups, networks, cloud systems, security controls and user support run as one environment, with one team accountable for it.
Managed IT Services
Help desk, devices, networks, servers, Microsoft 365, backup and recovery, and the technology planning behind them.
Cloud Solutions
AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, virtual desktops, storage and hybrid environments, planned and managed by one team.
Cybersecurity Services
24x7 monitoring, endpoint and email protection, and Zero Trust application control.
Software Development
Custom platforms, integrations and automation for the work no off-the-shelf product does properly.
